Support Us

Individual and group fundraising initiatives together with Corporate partnerships and campaigns really do make a difference to our local community.

Individuals and Groups

From bake sales to sponsored activities and sporting challenges, there are so many ways you can fundraise for Leeds South and East Foodbank.

Bring your friends, family members, and colleagues into your supporter journey and raise awareness whilst helping to ensure we can continue relieving immediate hunger through providing food and addressing the root causes and wider effects of poverty in people’s lives through connections to relevant organisations.

Businesses and Employees

The support of local and national businesses is vital to the running of our Foodbank.

We’d love your business to help us tackle food poverty on your doorstep and there are lots of ways you can do this:-

  • Organise a fundraising event to help make sure that no-one has to go hungry.
  • Sponsor or donate equipment to help with the day to day running of the foodbank.
  • Hold a team building day – volunteer with us and see how many food donations your team can sort and pack for people in crisis. (NB. Unlike some other charities, we DO NOT charge a fee for a business “CSR Day”, but any donation your company is willing to make is of course most welcome.)
  • Ask your staff to share their expertise/workplace skills with our volunteers to make us more effective.
  • Run a food drive or host a food Collection Point at your offices.
  • If your company shares our belief that no-one should go hungry in our local area, then consider choosing us as one of your CSR partners, to help raise money and awareness.

We are so grateful for the support of our fantastic partners, if you would like to join them or find out more please contact the office on 0113 277 2229 or email [email protected]
